My Vector Self PortraitMy self portrait is colorful and complex as I see myself. I wanted to use a lot of different colors because I feel like it makes the picture not only bright but also gives me the sense of seeing someone not for just the person that you may see everyday but layers of who they really are. I think black suits the back and is complimentary against the bright colors that I chose to use. I feel like this piece was an interesting way of forcing the perfection that you want to achieve, because it’s a picture representing yourself and cutting corners would only make yourself look bad. Literally.
